You’ll own the product strategy, roadmap, and growth initiatives for one or more of our flagship WordPress Plugins and SaaS solutions—driving innovation that directly impacts thousands of users worldwide.In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and support to deliver scalable features, elevate user experiences, and accelerate product adoption. You believe in transparency and proactive stakeholder management.You have the curiosity and desire to learn and grow your skills, especially in fast-paced SaaS and WordPress ecosystems.You’re passionate about being the voice of the customer and excited to work on products that serve thousands of users in the eCommerce and marketplace space.You take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of your product decisions rather than just shipping features to get them done.You’re a team player who thrives in cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, marketing, and support teams, and you welcome feedback from all directions.You’re comfortable working with data and experimentation – hypothesis, test, learn, iterate – and you’re not afraid to pivot based on what the metrics tell you.You’re happy tackling initiatives of all sizes – from small optimizations and bug prioritization to large feature roadmaps and go-to-market strategies.You have a sense of humor and bring positive energy to a team that’s growing super fast. 🚀What you’ll be doingDefining and owning product roadmaps and goals that align with business objectives and user needs.Driving product growth initiatives focused on user acquisition, retention, engagement, and monetization.Using data and customer feedback to identify bottlenecks and expansion opportunities.Translating company objectives into measurable OKRs and tracking impact via key product metrics (conversion, churn, feature usage, etc.).Establishing Product KPIs to ensure scalability so that products grow with market valuation and user potential.Writing clear and detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) with user stories, edge cases, and acceptance criteria.Working closely with engineering teams to define scope, estimate, and deliver features in agile sprints.Collaborating with Product and UX teams to validate hypotheses through research and usability testing.Motivating and leading scrum teams to deliver against commits and deadlines, providing required context, clearly communicating the value prop, setting timelines, and reporting to leadership.Ensuring all releases maintain a high bar of quality, performance, and stability.Gathering feedback from support, marketing, user communities, and customer interviews to stay connected to customer needs.Keeping a close pulse on competitive products and evolving WordPress/WooCommerce or SaaS ecosystems.Partnering with Support and Sales teams to proactively find user pain points and areas for optimization.Understanding and forecasting market trends relevant to SaaS, eCommerce, and marketplaces.Working with GTM teams on launch plans, pricing experiments, product documentation, and onboarding flows.Partnering with marketing teams to deliver impactful messaging and growth campaigns.Leading internal product demos, sprint reviews, and stakeholder sync-ups to ensure alignment.Developing meaningful relationships with key individuals internally and externally to achieve business objectives.What you bring to the table3+ years of professional product management experience in SaaS, WordPress, or WooCommerce ecosystems.Strong understanding of product lifecycle, agile methodologies, and growth mindset.Experience with growth loops, funnel optimization, and customer journey mapping.Familiarity with plugin monetization models, freemium strategies, and product-led growth (PLG).Comfortable using tools like GitHub, Jira, Figma, Notion, and analytics platforms.Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Passion for delivering delightful user experiences and solving complex problems.Nice to havePrior experience with marketplace, eCommerce, or multivendor products.Understanding of technical concepts such as APIs, integrations, and caching layers.Experience shipping and iterating on WordPress plugins or SaaS products with large user bases.Educational RequirementsIt doesn’t matter where you went to college or what your CGPA was as long as you are smart, passionate, ready to work hard, and have fun.Workplace & HoursLocation: weDevs HQ ( Mirpur DOHS, Dhaka )Working Days: Monday to FridayWorking Hours: 8 AM – 5 PM (BST)CompensationSalary Range: 80,000 to 150,000 BDT (Depending on Skill and Experience)Salary Review: AnnuallyPerks & Benefits ♥Working At WeDevs Is More Than Just a Job — It’s An Opportunity To Grow, Create Impact, And Be Part Of Something Bigger.
