We are looking for talents with the aspiration to thrive in a rapidly growing business in the exciting FinTech space.You WillDrive the creation and alignment of the product roadmap based on a keen understanding of relevant data, competitor, customer and market insights Define and track metrics related to product success and the success of new featuresPrepare clear requirements for compelling product launches, factoring in legal/compliance/financial requirements and translating these into clear PRDsManage complex integrations including working with external parties/vendors to ensure clear scoping and timely deliveryCommunicating requirements with engineering and other stakeholders as needed (in both written and verbal form)Coordinate effective launches of new features including go-to-market planning, customer comms/FAQs, financial reconciliation needs, and appropriate release planning (including considerations for de-risking or alpha/beta tests as needed)Exercise good judgment with defining the scope of each project, balancing different stakeholder needs and trade-offs Perform other related duties as may be assigned from time to timeRequirements2-3 years of outstanding and relevant product management experience. You should have demonstrated a strong track record of delivering business outcomes and moving key metricsStrong capability to collaborate and drive alignment across different teams/stakeholders.  You are able to clearly articulate options and trade-offs, and demonstrate strong product judgement in your recommendations. Good grasp of experience in workflows/processes to help us scale while ensuring a delightful customer experience while creating optimal market and business impactExperience working on consumer mobile applications would be preferred  If you've launched products in new markets, that would be a bonus as well
