Product Manager

We're looking for a Product Manager who thrives in a dynamic environment where some things are still boots in the mud and we're figuring it out as we go.You'll be at the heart of our product development, juggling priorities and ideas, and strong prioritization skills will be crucial. Our customers are the key to our growth, so you must genuinely enjoy talking to each of them regularly to understand their needs and gather valuable feedback, a.k.a product discovery. You’ll be working with an in-house product team and in close collaboration with the CEO and CTO.In addition, you will have the opportunity to help shape the company strategy and participate in decision making within the Zapfloor management team. Participation in advisory board meetings and senior stakeholder management is also a possibility.If you're ready for a challenging yet rewarding role where you can make a significant impact, we'd love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:Lead the product discovery process, including user interviews and research, to deeply understand customer needs and pain points.Develop and apply the product vision and strategy so that it aligns with your roadmap and market demands.Collaborate with development, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.Create and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features and improvements based on customer feedback, market trends, and business objectives.Define problem-solving, goal oriented product requirements for the development team.Conduct regular user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the product.Guarding the quality of delivery is part of the job. Stand your ground to bring focus to the product team, ensuring that efforts are directed towards the most impactful initiatives.Communicate effectively with stakeholders on all levels, providing regular updates on product progress and decisions.Monitor product performance and use data-driven insights to make informed decisions.Serve as the representative for product in the Zapfloor management team and the Zapfloor advisory board.Team compositionIn-houseHybrid (remote & office)4 engineers, mix of mobile, frontend and backend1 tech leadThe team doesn’t have a permanent designer so Product or UX design experience is a bonusQualifications:Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner, +3 years.Hands on experience in product discovery and user researchStrong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex situations into manageable scoped requirementsExcellent listening and communication skillsStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple prioritiesFamiliarity with agile development methodologies and toolsA passion for creating products that solve real problems and deliver exceptional user experiencesBonus: Product or UX design experienceBonus: Experience in working in Office management or coworking industry
