About the RoleWe are seeking a Product Manager to lead and shape the product strategy for our consumer-facing apps. You’ll be responsible for translating SeatPick’s vision into concrete product strategies and detailed execution plans. Your creativity will drive innovation as you seek new ways to enhance our customer experience and expand our product offerings. Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & Leadership: Lead product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with SeatPick’s long-term goals. Develop comprehensive product strategies in line with SeatPick’s mission to disrupt the ticketing industry. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, marketing, content, and business) to ensure the delivery of high-quality products. Customer-Centric Innovation:
Use data, user feedback, and market research to inform product decisions and identify new opportunities to improve user experience. Create and prioritize detailed product requirements, specifications, and prototypes, with a focus on consumer engagement and business growth. Experiment with new features and ideas to improve user experience and increase engagement. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside designers and engineers to develop intuitive, scalable, and user-friendly interfaces. Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders, ensuring smooth cross-department collaboration. Requirements: At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager in a successful startup, ideally with experience in consumer-facing apps or B2C products.
Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to build and deliver high-quality, user-centric products. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. Strong understanding of the consumer psyche and the ability to translate insights into product decisions. Passionate about delivering delightful user experiences and always thinking creatively about how to solve problems differently. Deep understanding of UX principles and consumer-facing products. Ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision-making and an understanding of product performance metrics. Ability to translate business objectives into technical requirements for engineering teams. Familiarity with product management tools (e. g.
, Jira, Confluence) and project management methodologies. A self-motivated and self-organized individual with a strong work ethic. A love for learning and staying up-to-date with trends in mobile apps, UX, and consumer behavior. Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Work Schedule: Full-time, 4 days a week in the office (Hahashmonaim Street, Tel Aviv) and 1 day remote.
