Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Product Manager to lead the development and growth of key product lines within our communication suite. You will work at the intersection of business, technology, and user experience, owning the full product lifecycle — from ideation and roadmap planning to delivery and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Develop and own the product roadmap based on customer needs, business goals, and market trends. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, sales, support, marketing) to define, build, and launch features and products. Gather and synthesize feedback from users, stakeholders, and market research to inform product decisions.

Prioritize features and enhancements based on impact, effort, and alignment with business objectives. Define clear product requirements and communicate them effectively to development teams. Ensure timely delivery by managing backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release coordination. Track product performance through KPIs and user analytics, and iterate accordingly. Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring the user experience is always central to product development. Serve as an internal evangelist, providing product knowledge and supporting GTM strategy. Requirements 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a SaaS or telecom environment.

Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product development lifecycle. Proven ability to prioritize, make data-driven decisions, and communicate clearly across functions. Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, Mixpanel/Amplitude, and CRMs. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Passionate about delivering exceptional user experiences and business outcomes. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Fluent in English (written and verbal). Nice to Have Experience working with PBX systems, VoIP, contact center solutions, or dialers. Technical background or ability to work closely with engineering on APIs, integrations, and systems architecture.
