Key Responsibilities Define and articulate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals, market opportunities, and technology capabilities Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user studies (interviews, surveys, testing) to identify needs, pain points, and trends Translate objectives and insights into product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria Continuously evaluate product performance against goals, making data-driven roadmap adjustments Oversee the full product lifecycle from ideation, discovery, design, development, launch, to optimization and retirement Drive revenue growth and market expansion by aligning product strategies with monetization opportunities and scalable business models Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales, operations, legal) to ensure seamless delivery and adoption Prioritize backlogs, manage releases, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure products Establish, monitor, and report on KPIs and OKRs, driving improvement through analytics, feedback, and business impactRequirements Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field 5+ years of experience in digital product management or similar role Strong knowledge of agile (Scrum, Kanban) and product management frameworks Proven record in launching and scaling complex digital products Excellent analytical skills with ability to use data in decision-making Strong communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders Proficiency in product management and analytics tools
