We’re hiring our first dedicated Product Marketer to scale our go-to-market engine. You’ll own how we tell the story of our product — from messaging and positioning to launch strategy and sales enablement. Our platform delivers insights across 50,000+ km of infrastructure and integrates with asset management systems.What You’ll Actually Be DoingOwn product messaging and positioning across industriesTranslate technical features into clear, client-centric benefitsBuild high-impact sales enablement assets — pitch decks, one-pagers, playbooksPartner with Product, Sales, and CS to launch new features, use cases, and modulesDrive case studies, product briefs, and content that supports ABM and inbound marketingRun win/loss analysis and competitor research to sharpen positioningTrain the team (AE/SDR/CS) on market entry strategies and product valueTrack impact of product marketing on pipeline, win rate, and expansion revenueWhat Success Looks LikeEach vertical has a clear GTM narrative and use-case librarySales closes deals faster and at higher ACV due to stronger messaging and collateralProduct launches lead to measurable customer adoption and expansionMessaging is trusted and consistent across Product, Sales, and CSSpotlite is seen as the go-to source for proactive infrastructure risk monitoringAbout You4+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing, ideally in deep tech, GIS, or data analyticsExperience crafting GTM strategy and messaging from scratchStrong storytelling and content skills — you’ve written what sales teams actually useAble to collaborate across teams and bring clarity in a fast-paced startupComfortable translating technical product details into buyer-facing valueFluent in English (Portuguese or Spanish is a plus)Bonus Points ForExperience marketing to public sector or regulated industriesFamiliarity with infrastructure, geospatial analytics, or Earth ObservationKnowledge of ABM or vertical-specific demand generation strategiesApply now: https://tinyurl.com/ProdMark
