We are looking for a data-driven and strategic Product Marketing Analyst to support our product marketing initiatives. In this role, you will analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscapes to help shape product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies. You will work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure products meet market needs and drive business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation to inform product strategy.Analyze product performance, sales data, and campaign effectiveness to provide actionable insights.Support product launches by developing marketing collateral, positioning statements, and go-to-market plans.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Marketing) to ensure alignment on messaging and strategy.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product adoption, revenue growth, and market penetration.Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations summarizing insights, trends, and recommendations for stakeholders.Identify opportunities for product improvements, market expansion, or enhanced customer engagement.Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices in product marketing and analytics.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field; Master’s or relevant certifications are a plus.2–5 years of experience in product marketing, market research, or data analysis.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.Knowledge of marketing strategies, product lifecycle, and competitive analysis.Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.Proactive, curious, and data-driven mindset.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Accuracy and relevance of market research and product insights.Effectiveness of product marketing campaigns and launches.Contribution to product adoption, revenue growth, and market share expansion.Timeliness and quality of reports, dashboards, and strategic recommendations.
