Read this opportunity to learn how YOU can make a difference at ConnectWise!General Summary:The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for conceiving, developing, and maintaining innovative integratedgo-to-market (GTM) strategies that drive demand in assigned markets. This role works in partnership with cross functional teams to develop effective messaging, obtain market intelligence, build sales enablement, and delivercompelling assets.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Provides support to the cross-functional teams with the goal of successful GTM outcomesResearches, analyzes, and documents findingsMay coach and review the work of other team membersDesigns, delivers, and executes marketing and communication strategiesAnalyzes and assesses performance of marketing strategies and recommends improvementsModels new product plans and routes to market, while accounting for required resources and payback periodsEstablishes relationships with executive leaders to present product functionalitiesDrives the end-to-end planning processes and core priority settingsWorks with executive leadership to drive outcomes, align with business owners and stakeholders, mitigate risk, and deliver value to internal and external customersDrives evolution of the business through simplification and transformation activitiesDevelops and manages the positioning and messaging for product expansion strategies in new marketsIdentifies customer needs, oversees market research, and monitors market trends and competitive landscapesCommunicates the value proposition of products and develops tools to support the selling proc essMonitors internal processes for efficiency and validity pre- and post-GTMManages market person mapping and marketing intelligenceAssists marketing programs that drive demand for products within their assigned marketsCommunicates and collaborates cross-functionally to determine the ‘why’, ‘what’, and ‘when’ of products to effectively position each product appropriately in the marketplaceInitiates and fosters relationships to create new products and enhance functionality of existing products and product linesAssists with the product market requirement phase of market analysis, total addressable market size, and competitive landscapeInterfaces with all partner-centric listening posts to gather input and communicate product strategiesAssists with training material messaging and educational contentAssists with identifying opportunities to out-position competitors based on areas of product differentiation, both in the short and long term Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities Required:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
