Job TitleProduct Marketing Manager – Cooling CategoryThe team you will be a part ofYou will be part of Beko Europe’s Product Management Team, responsible for driving the success of our Cooling Category (Refrigeration) across multiple brands, including Whirlpool and Beko. Working closely with regional and central teams, you’ll play a key role in shaping product strategy, market positioning, and go-to-market execution to achieve commercial and brand goals.This role in summaryYou will manage the full product lifecycle of the Cooling Category — from market insights and product strategy to launch execution and performance optimization — ensuring alignment with Beko Europe’s strategic objectives and market priorities.Your responsibilities will includeDevelop and execute product strategies and go-to-market plans for the Cooling Category across multiple brands.Lead SKU management, range definition, and product lifecycle management to maximize profitability and growth.Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and pricing dynamics to identify opportunities and risks.Provide local commercial and product requirements to the regional product management team.Define country launch plans and ensure seamless execution of new product introductions (NPIs).Manage pricing, value chain, and product positioning to optimize market share and profitability.Oversee product data accuracy in SAP, including pricing, availability, and documentation.Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Logistics, and Finance to support forecasting (S&OP/ODP) and achieve business targets.Support sales and brand teams with product communication, USPs, and in-store execution plans.Deliver product trainings and support internal/external stakeholders with product knowledge.Ensure compliance with labor safety, health, and company policies.Minimum requirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably within the Home Appliances or Consumer Electronics sector.Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken).Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.Preferred skills and experiencesMaster’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering.Experience in managing multi-brand or multi-country product portfolios.Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex cross-functional projects.Excellent communication and presentation skills.What we offerAn international and dynamic work environment with global exposure.Competitive compensation and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A culture that values collaboration, innovation, and performance.Additional informationThis position will report to the Head of Product Management and will work closely with the Regional Product Team and Local Sales Organization.Equal Opportunity StatementBeko Europe prohibits unlawful discrimination or harassment in recruiting, hiring, compensation, promotions, transfers, performance management, discipline, demotions, terminations, layoffs, access to benefits and training, and all other aspects of employment, based on race or ethnicity, religion, sex, pregnancy, gender expression or identity, sexual orientation, age, physical or mental disability and veteran status.
