This role emphasizes B2B marketing expertise to design targeted campaigns, optimize partner promotions, and leverage data-driven insights for maximum impact. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling promotional strategies for customers and partners, while incorporating internal incentives to align with broader marketing goals. Deep knowledge of B2B marketing strategies in the IT sector is essential, positioning you to play a pivotal role in our growth through partner-centric marketing excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute B2B marketing strategies for comprehensive incentive programs that boost partner performance, channel engagement, and stakeholder loyalty.Design and launch customer-facing promotions in a B2B context, including strategic calculations of discounts, rebates, and promotional incentives tailored to IT infrastructure solutions for resellers, distributors, and enterprise clients.Create and manage partner loyalty programs, incorporating tiered benefits, co-marketing funds, and performance-based rewards to foster long-term B2B relationships and ecosystem growth.Lead the marketing aspects of internal staff incentives, aligning them with B2B sales targets to motivate teams and drive indirect revenue.Conduct in-depth analysis of program data using B2B marketing metrics to assess campaign effectiveness, ROI, partner participation rates, and pipeline influence; provide actionable insights and optimizations.Partner with sales, channel, and finance teams to integrate incentive programs into overall B2B marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with go-to-market strategies and business objectives.Oversee marketing budgets for promotions and partnerships, track timelines, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and B2B best practices.Utilize CRM and marketing automation tools to segment partners, personalize communications, and measure the impact of B2B incentive initiatives on lead generation and deal closure.Support the planning, coordination, and execution of regional end user events and exhibitions to enhance brand presence and customer engagement.Qualifications and SkillsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree in Marketing preferred).3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on channel marketing, partner programs, incentives, or rewards within the IT or technology sector.Proven expertise in B2B marketing principles for the IT infrastructure sector, including partner engagement strategies, co-marketing, MDF (Market Development Funds), and loyalty program design.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Excel, Google Sheets, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), and marketing analytics software for campaign tracking and ROI calculations.Hands-on experience developing and managing B2B promotions, incentives, or partnership marketing programs that drive measurable business outcomes.Excellent project management and organizational skills to juggle multiple B2B campaigns and programs in a fast-paced environment.Superior communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders, craft compelling B2B messaging, and build strong partner relationships.Familiarity with data analytics tools, ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies, or marketing automation is a strong advantage.If you are a detail-oriented professional with a proven track record in program management and a strategic mindset, we encourage you to apply.DCSS Technology is an equal opportunity employer.
