Job Description
This role was created primarily to provide marketing support for retail partnerships, specifically Coles and Woolworths, while also managing key product and compliance functions.The Product & Marketing Manager will oversee the coordination of retail campaigns, manage monthly pricing and product updates, and ensure accurate and compliant product information across all customer touchpoints—including the website and in-store materials.This position is ideal for a proactive marketer with strong organisational and stakeholder management skills who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Key ResponsibilitiesRetail Marketing Management (Primary Focus)Lead and coordinate marketing activities across Coles and Woolworths retail channels, ensuring consistent execution and brand presence.Manage campaign timelines, critical paths, and deliverables for retail marketing and promotions.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (creative agencies, trade partners, and retail teams) to deliver effective, compliant campaigns.Track and analyse the performance of retail campaigns, providing post-campaign reports and recommendations for improvement.Ensure brand accuracy, compliance, and visual consistency across all retail marketing assets including POS, catalogues, and digital placements.Product ManagementSupport the monthly pricing alignment across Lycamobile’s product portfolio and ensure updates are implemented consistently across channels.Manage product listings, plan inclusions, and offer changes on the Lycamobile Australia website, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement new product launches, updates, and campaign-related inclusions.Liaise with the Legal, Compliance, and Technical teams to ensure product details, terms, and marketing materials meet all regulatory standards.Customer Value Management (CVM) SupportSupport the development and execution of targeted customer campaigns to improve retention, engagement, and upsell performance.Assist in analysing customer insights, churn trends, and offer responsiveness to inform future CVM strategies.Coordinate with the CRM and analytics teams to implement offers that align with brand and commercial goals.Campaign & Brand ExecutionSupport planning and execution of seasonal campaigns (e.g., Back to School, EOFY, Black Friday, Christmas).Ensure seamless coordination across creative, digital, and trade teams to maintain on-brand messaging and execution.Manage production schedules and creative approvals for marketing materials, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.Maintain accurate marketing content and campaign archives for audit and reference purposes.Experience3–6 years of experience in marketing, product management, or telecommunications/retail marketing.Previous experience managing campaigns or retail marketing with large retail groups (e.g., Coles, Woolworths) is highly advantageous.Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, vendors, and project timelines simultaneously.Demonstrated experience in pricing coordination, product lifecycle management, or compliance-based product updates.SkillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills—confident liaising with cross-functional teams and external partners.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and project management capabilities.Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, content management systems (CMS), and campaign reporting tools.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
