The person in this role will be responsible for shaping product roadmaps, bringing solutions to market, and leading marketing plans to acquire customers and increase bookings with a focus on health care, education, and transit audiences. You will operate in a fast paced and entrepreneurial environment.Responsibilities:Develop and drive a strategy for business-facing products in conjunction with the Product, Sales, and Marketing teams, including but not limited to go-to-market plans, sales enablement, competitive analysis, customer segmentation, product positioning, and messagingLead customer adoption, usage, and loyalty of products like Concierge and Concierge API with clear product positioning, naming, launch, onboarding, and marketing programsBe the voice and expert of personas within our target industries to influence the roadmapWork cross-functionally with Product, Design, Brand, Support, etc. to fuel ongoing product adoption and go-to-market launchesIdentify new types of features based on customer research, competitive analysis, and market trendsDrive cross-functional, cross-channel marketing efforts to meet the growth objectives associated with ongoing product initiativesExperience:Bachelor’s degree5+ years experience in product marketing2+ years experience in B2B marketingExperience working on Healthcare, SaaS or API products a plusAnalytical thinker with experience in data-driven marketingStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally with analytical, creative, and technical teamsExperience in applying market insights to inform and optimize the product experienceSales enablement experienceStrong Excel and analytical skills; SQL skills a plusVery strong written communication skillsThrives in a fast-paced environment with a bias towards actionBenefits:Extended health and dental coverage options, along with life insurance and disability benefitsMental health benefitsFamily building benefitsChild care and pet benefitsAccess to a Lyft funded Health Care Savings AccountRRSP plan to help save for your futureIn addition to provincial observed holidays, salaried team members are covered under Lyft's flexible paid time off policy. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits.
