You will play a key role in shaping how our Accounts Payable (AP) solution is positioned and adopted in the market, following Rydoo's acquisition of Semine's Account Payable solution. This is a highly cross-functional role, working closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and the broader Marketing team to create messaging, content, and programs that drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growth.Responsibilities:Lead market research and analysis to develop a deep understanding of the Accounts Payable market - especially in the Nordics, BENE, and UK - including customer needs, personas, competitive landscape, and market trendsDefine our market positioning and value proposition for AP, translating product features into clear customer benefits and business outcomesCreate and maintain compelling messaging for launches and ongoing campaigns, ensuring consistency across all touch-pointsDevelop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product features and integrations, collaborating with stakeholders across Marketing, Product, and SalesProduce high-quality marketing and sales collateral (sales decks, one-pagers, product sheets, case studies, customer advocacy materials, etc.) to support awareness, adoption, enablement, and revenue growthDrive customer advocacy by creating success stories, testimonials, and case studies that highlight the impact of our AP solutionPartner with Brand & Comms, Demand Generation and Field Marketing to build targeted campaigns that drive pipeline and product engagementEnsure knowledge and insights are shared across teams, acting as the go-to expert on the AP product and marketsRequirementsBS/MS degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field5+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or customer experience within SaaS, fintech, or tech companiesExperience in Accounts Payable, Payments, or Finance SaaS is a strong plusProven ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects and launches in a fast-paced environmentAbility to collaborate cross-functionally (with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing) and generate buy-in across different stakeholder groupsStrong skills in storytelling, messaging, and creating engaging product and sales contentA data - and insights - driven mindset, with the ability to translate research into actionable strategyCreative and structured, with a focus on delivering tangible business resultsFull proficiency in EnglishLocated in the Nordics (ideally in Oslo) and ideally fluent in NorwegianBenefitsNext to our amazing team, informal & international company culture and our mission to become the number 1 spend and invoice management platform in Europe, we offer some nice benefits that make working at Rydoo / Semine even more fun:A competitive package, including salary and benefits#RydooHybrid work policy: decide for yourself where you work most efficient#RydooOnTour: our international mobility program that gives employees the possibility to temporarily relocate to one of the countries we have a Rydoo officeProfessional freedom and a flexible work environmentUpskilling through training and coaching programsRegular company and team eventsWonderful international team with more than 33 different nationalitiesSpectacular onboarding program for all new Rydooer's
