With 50,000+ satisfied patients, we deliver clinically guided programs in TRT, BHRT, weight loss, and longevity — reshaping the landscape of preventive health in Canada.About the RoleWe're looking for a strategic, creative, and hands-on Product Marketing Manager with a healthcare background (Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner) to launch new offerings, communicate our clinical value, and bring our brand to life across every touchpoint — from messaging to visuals.You’ll work across both B2C and B2B audiences — tailoring messaging and content accordingly — and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure our marketing efforts are both compelling and clinically aligned.What You’ll DoLead go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new programs, features, and campaignsCraft and evolve positioning, messaging, and customer personasDesign and produce marketing materials, including:Sales presentations, handouts, and pitch decksLanding pages, emails, in-app content, UI/UX textDigital ads, organic content, and branded assetsCollaborate with Growth on campaigns that drive acquisition and conversionWork with Product and Clinical teams to translate user insights into content and visualsConduct competitive research to inform messaging and differentiationManage KPIs related to engagement, adoption, and acquisitionWhat We’re Looking ForRegistered Nurse (RN) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) — a healthcare background is required3+ years of experience in product or growth marketing, ideally in healthtech or digital healthcareProven experience creating effective marketing collateral across formats and channelsStrong communication skills — both written and visualProficiency in Canva and Figma — must be comfortable creating and adapting assets independentlyExperience with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or SegmentA proactive, cross-functional collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced environmentPassionate about hormone health, longevity, and preventive careWhy Join UsPlay a key role in defining the voice and face of a category-leading healthtech brandBe part of a mission-driven, clinical-grade company focused on helping people age wellJoin a collaborative team that values creativity, ownership, and innovationCompetitive salary, health benefits, and real opportunity for growthReady to help shape the future of preventive care?
