Within our HealthTech division, RCM Matter offers a scalable, cloud-based medical billing and RCM software designed specifically for U.S. ambulatory medical practices.We are hiring a Product Marketing Manager who will own the product’s marketing narrative and serve as the strategic bridge between product development, sales, and digital marketing teams — reporting directly to the Senior VP of Marketing and Business Strategy.Position OverviewAs Product Marketing Manager, you’ll play a critical role in driving our product’s success by aligning internal teams and crafting messaging that resonates with medical practices in the United States. You will shape our product’s go-to-market strategy, support sales enablement, and collaborate with digital marketing to build demand and engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end product marketing strategy for RCM Matter’s SaaS platform.Act as the liaison between product, digital marketing, and sales to ensure tight alignment across all GTM efforts.Translate technical features into market-facing messaging, positioning, and benefits.Work closely with the product team to understand roadmaps, feature releases, and user feedback.Partner with the sales team to create sales enablement tools, presentations, product sheets, and battle cards.Collaborate with digital marketing on campaigns, landing pages, webinars, product-led content, and lifecycle nurture flows.Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to inform marketing and product decisions.Drive go-to-market (GTM) plans for product updates and new features, ensuring successful internal and external rollout.Monitor performance metrics such as product adoption, lead quality, and customer engagement. Qualifications3–4 years of experience in product marketing within B2B SaaS, preferably in HealthTech, FinTech, EduTech, or RCM/Medical Billing.Experience working with U.S.-based clients or products is a strong advantage.Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and align multiple stakeholders.Strong understanding of SaaS business models, sales funnels, and buyer personas.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for storytelling.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Preferred SkillsFamiliarity with U.S. healthcare, revenue cycle management, clearinghouses, or EHR/PM systems.Proficiency in tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Notion, or Asana.Experience in product launches, growth marketing, and product-led content creation.
