TransferRoom is a hyper-growth B2B SaaS company on a mission to change the football transfer market for the better, enabling clubs and agents to find transfer opportunities through our digital network.TransferRoom is the market leader, which is why it’s used by 800+ clubs, including Man City, Liverpool and PSG, and 550 agencies globally. As of the 2025 summer transfer window, our platform has facilitated over 9500 transfers since launch in 2017.💻 What we’re looking forTransferRoom is at a critical point, as we look to launch several new products to market and take ownership of a larger part of the overall transfer process.To ensure this is successful, we’re looking to hire a new Product Marketing Manager to the team, to own the full GTM strategy and execution of several exciting product lines.You will be working in the heart of the business at the intersection of marketing, product, data, sales and customer success. You will be a subject matter expert when it comes to communicating our product and features, and aligning the business around campaigns and everything that comes with this.🏟️ Our LocationOur London office is at Bankside, with additional tech teams in Poland and Ukraine. Our office is naturally social, especially Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays, when we have regular team drinks, celebrations and five-a-side football.🎯 What you’ll be doingOwn GTM motion for several product linesTransferRoom is on a journey, evolving from a single platform business to a multi-product business. As such, we need a brilliant product marketer to own several new product lines, working closely with our commercial teams to generate revenue through multi-channel GTM campaigns.Be the voice of the customerWe need to deepen our understanding of our ICP & personas. You must be comfortable spending time with customers, understanding them and distilling these insights into value messaging, product roadmap guidance and more.Iterative approach to growthWe need someone curious and data-driven, who can test their assumptions and evaluate results with the company's goals in mind. We want someone to be inventive, take calculated risks and adopt an iterative approach to their GTM strategy.Be a project leaderWe need you to lead with your projects, showing strong interpersonal skills to work with stakeholders from across the business and hold them accountable.✅ Who You Are3+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS companiesExperience building, executing and reporting on your own strategies across all facets of the GTM lifecycleYou need to be organised and able to move quicklyStrong in messaging frameworks, long and short form writing, video, research and analysisLow ego, growth mindsetPassionate and knowledgeable about the football domainAvailable to work from our London office 3 days a weekNice to haveExperience in FinTechExperience in marketing outside of product marketingSome entrepreneurial side hustle experienceConfident with video creation (not editing don’t worry!)Understands sales and commercial modelsDegree-level qualification or equivalent professional experienceNot ticking every box?
