Product Marketing ManagerDepartment: MarketingReports to: Head of MarketingLocation: Remote (Global)Job SummaryThe Product Marketing Manager helps craft the story of our aviation SaaS platform, drive adoption across customer segments, and enable our sales teams with the messaging and tools to win. You’ll translate complex aviation operations software into clear business outcomes for customers, partner with product to bring new solutions to market, and ensure our value resonates across global audiences.This is a high-visibility, cross-functional role reporting to the Head of Marketing.Key ResponsibilitiesMarket & Customer InsightsDevelop a deep understanding of aviation operators (EMS, Charter, Public Safety, Cargo, Agriculture, RPAS/AAM) and their operational challenges.Gather insights from customers, sales, and industry trends to inform positioning and competitive differentiation.Positioning & MessagingBuild and maintain messaging frameworks for each Vellox product suite (Ops, Safety, Dispatch, Fleet, Maintenance).Translate technical capabilities (e.g., scheduling, flight tracking, maintenance compliance) into business outcomes like safety, efficiency, and revenue optimization.Ensure messaging consistency across website, collateral, events, and campaigns.Go-to-Market ExecutionLead GTM planning for product launches and updates, coordinating across product, marketing, and sales.Partner with revenue team to develop campaigns that drive pipeline and adoption.Support cross-sell/upsell plays by crafting solution bundles that highlight the benefits of the unified Vellox platform.Sales EnablementCreate sales tools battlecards, competitive matrices, one-pagers, ROI calculators, that help AEs and CSMs position Vellox effectively.Support account-based marketing initiatives with tailored collateral.Required Skills & Qualifications3–5 years in B2B SaaS product marketing (aviation or mission-critical industries a plus but not required).Strong understanding of SaaS business models and enterprise buyer personas.Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify aviation complexity into business impact.Experience in GTM launches, positioning frameworks, and sales enablement.Collaborative and proactive working style, comfortable engaging with product, sales, and international teams.
