Job Description

Responsibilities:Plan and execute marketing strategies and product management initiatives throughout the product life cycle — from product selection, positioning, pricing, and key selling points, to inventory management and product launch planning.Develop and implement sales support tools, internal sales promotions, and product communications to drive awareness and sales performance.Analyze sales performance and market data to optimize marketing strategies and ensure business targets are achieved.Collaborate closely with Technical, Procurement, and Marketing Communication teams to ensure product readiness, availability, and consistent messaging across channels.Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities and improve product positioning and profitability.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Information Technology.3–5 years of experience in marketing, sales, or product management.Strong coordination and communication skills, both in Thai and English.Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.Solid understanding of product and service knowledge relevant to the business.Strategic thinker with good planning and organizational skills.Ability to analyze competitors, market trends, and customer needs to create actionable insights.Experience in product positioning, pricing, and performance measurement (e.g., sales, margin, cost, customer satisfaction).Please send your CV to inbox in Linked In or krittin.kum@ricoh.co.th
