Rollic is an Istanbul-based game developer and publisher.Founded in 2019 and acquired in October 2020 by Zynga, who joined the Take-Two roof as of May 2022.Rollic has over 3.5 billion downloads across its diverse portfolio of games and, thanks to an intensive development process utilizing a massive test pipeline, has a steady cadence of globally hit titles such as Color Block Jam, Timeline Up, Crowd Express: Boarding Puzzle, Hole People, and Knit Out, all of which have gained millions of downloads worldwide within a few months after their release.We are looking for Product Marketing Specialist;Main ResponsibilitiesLead and execute data-driven product marketing strategies for Rollic’s top-performing games and IP-based games, with a strong focus on the US market. Ensure full alignment with brand guidelines, product roadmaps, and partner expectations.Shape and implement IP marketing strategies, turning top-performing games into global IPs. Drive 360° brand communications, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging across all channels.Leverage influencer marketing and social media expertise to boost awareness, engagement, and player acquisition.Act as the primary liaison between Rollic’s internal teams, studios, and IP partners throughout development, ensuring expectations and brand standards are fully met.Manage day-to-day collaboration with Zynga teams, building strong, trust-based relationships.Partner with product, creative, and growth teams to continuously optimize marketing strategies and creative execution.Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities, providing insights that shape strategy and inspire teams.Embed a test–measure–learn mindset in all campaigns, ensuring every activation delivers measurable impact and actionable learnings.Plan, manage, and optimize marketing campaign budgets to maximize efficiency and ROI.Desired Skills and QualificationsProven experience in brand marketing with a track record of successful, commercially impactful campaigns.Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business or related field.3+ years in mobile, product, or brand marketing.Data-driven marketer with the ability to turn insights into strategies.Experience managing cross-functional teams.Expertise in integrated marketing across paid, owned, and organic channels.Proven success in leading large-scale global campaigns, including ATL and TV productions.Strong project management skills with excellent attention to detail.Experience with influencer marketing.Excellent communication skills and comfortable presenting work.Discover our perks and benefits:Competitive salary to help you reach your highest potentialMeal compensationRelocation support to IstanbulState-of-the-art equipment in your welcome packageGaming room & lounge area to relax and rechargeA pet-friendly office where your furry friends are welcomeGym area in the Rollic officePrivate health insurance24/7 online well-being & mental health supportLearning & development via Take-Two’s employee programA chance to take responsibility and improve your skills continuously.
