Works closely with actuarial, marketing, operations, legal and compliance teams to support end to end processes.Preferred SkillsStrong understanding of life insurance products (protection, investment-linked, group, credit life, etc.)Analytical mindset with good business acumen.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Creativity in designing customer-centric solutions.Team collaboration and stakeholder management.Familiarity with insurance regulation (OJK rules) is an advantage.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Business, Finance, Economics or related field2-7 years of experience in product development or product management (insurance or financial industry preferred)Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; experienced with data analysis tools is a plus.Proficiency in English (written and spoken).Certification (AAIJ, or LOMA) is a plusResponsibilitiesConduct market research and competitor analysis to identify product opportunities and trends.Develop new insurance product concepts (protection, savings, investment-linked, etc.) aligned with company strategy.Prepare product documentation: brochure, sales tools, Riplay, etcCoordinate product approval process with regulators (e.g., OJK).Support marketing and training teams for product launch and sales materials.Monitor product performance post-launch and support any enhancement/campaignsJob Category:MarketingPosting End Date:28/02/2026
