All Nordic staff embrace Nordic’s maxims and mission to serve our customers who care so well for us.Key ResponsibilitiesThe Product Operations Analyst will be responsible for, but not be limited to:Performing and supporting automated data entry into various EMRs as part of R&D efforts.Complete Workflow Task utilizing scripts, information available in the Clients Workflow Queue, Customer EHRs and portals, knowledge base articles, knowledge artifacts or assistance from the Production Operations teaReview and update knowledge base articles to verify accuracySkills And ExperienceMinimum Years of Experience - 2 years of deep experience working within electronic medical record systemsExperience with Excel, Google Sheets, Cerner, Epic, eCW, Allscripts and/or Athena valued.Other Knowledge, Skills And Abilities RequiredComfortable working remotely in a HIPAA compliant environmentAdaptability and flexibilityFluent in EnglishNordic is an equal opportunity employer.
