Welcome to Board CompanyOur overall goal is simple. We want to raise the standard of board work in Europe, which currently includes Denmark, Sweden, Norway, the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Finland, France, the UK, Spain. We do this through exclusive board training courses, which more than 10,000 directors and board members have already completed. As something new, we have started a collaboration with Columbia Business School in New York, where we hold the Advanced Board Program. In addition, we facilitate an exclusive board forum, which directors and board members have access to through their membership. The job:You will be part of an operational team that coordinates and executes all customer-facing activities across our markets. You will ensure top quality and contribute to the development of our board training courses and networking meetings, including themes and speakers, all of which support Board Company's ongoing development in existing markets and expansion into new markets.In addition, there will be administrative tasks related to holding our training courses and networking events, as well as various ad hoc tasks. You can therefore expect to travel up to 10-15 times a year. The ideal candidate: You have experience in organizing professional events and speak at least two of the following languages:- Danish- Norwegian- German- French- EnglishYou are able to work diligently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and you work proactively to create a positive customer experience. You are skilled at written communication, detail-oriented, and have an interest in business or board work. You want to be part of a dynamic growth company where there is room for development and the opportunity to make an impact.
