Role Description:We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Product Operations Manager to lead user experience initiatives, streamline product operations, and inform product strategy through actionable insights. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of user-centric design, cross-functional execution, and data-driven decision-making.What You Will Get from This Role:End-to-End Experience Ownership: Drive continuous improvements across user journeys and operational workflows, from onboarding to post-purchase experiences.Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with Operations, Tech, Data, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to translate insights into scalable, high-impact initiatives.Strategic Influence: Contribute directly to product roadmaps and feature prioritization by championing the user voice and optimizing cross-functional operations.Responsibilities: Drive end-to-end user operations, ensuring seamless experiences across all major touchpoints (DTC app, H5, O2O, POS).Diagnose user journey pain points and lead cross-functional solutions to improve engagement, conversion, and satisfaction.Partner closely with Business and Product teams to streamline feature launches, address operational gaps, and support scale.Convert user insights, performance data, and operational metrics into clear product and process improvement actions.Develop operational readiness and rollout plans for key initiatives, ensuring alignment and flawless execution.Track and analyze user experience KPIs to identify opportunities for continuous UX and operational optimization.Partner with Customer Support, third-party service vendors, and store teams to reduce friction, improve resolution efficiency, and enhance self-service and knowledge tools.Role Requirements:5+ years’ experience in platform localised campaign operations, product operations, or user experience–focused roles.Demonstrated project management excellence, driving cross-functional initiatives from planning to execution and continuous optimization.Experience in developing MRDs (Market Requirements Documents) and translating business needs into clear product requirements.Strong data and analytical skills, including user behavior insights, funnel analysis, CX metrics, and performance diagnostics.Proven success in fast-paced consumer tech environments (e.g., e-commerce, food delivery, lifestyle apps).Exceptional communication and stakeholder management, influencing across Product, Marketing, and Operations.Proficient with user analytics and operational tools (e.g., Power BI, Jira).Passionate about user-centric design, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
