In this role, you’ll be responsible for improving how Evooq plans, builds, launches, and manages its products. You’ll sit at the heart of the product organization — driving operational excellence, coordinating product releases, managing analytics and adoption insights, and leading documentation and training programs.This is a strategic, hands-on role suited for a seasoned Product Operations professional with experience in SaaS or B2B software environments and a proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives.What you'll do as a Product Operations Manager Release Management & CommunicationsManage release announcements and distributionPlan and execute webinars for product releasesCoordinate communication across teams for go-to-market activitiesTraining & DocumentationLead and produce training materials for Evooq productsCreate and maintain comprehensive product documentationDevelop training programs for internal and external stakeholdersAnalytics & InsightsManage dashboards and analytics platformsTrack adoption KPIs and product usage metricsGenerate insights about client behavior and product adoptionProvide structured reports and feedback to Product Management to close the loop and continuously improve product management practicesProvide data-driven feedback to customer success & sales teamsSupport data-informed decision-making across the organizationCross-Functional OperationsFrom feedback &, analysis, propose continuous improvement to product mgt and other practiceStakeholder management across product, engineering, marketing, and salesProject/program managementWhat we're looking for as a Product Operations manager:6+ years of professional experience, including at least 4 years in Product Operations at a manager or lead level.Strong background in SaaS or B2B software environments (ideally in companies with 100+ employees).Proven success managing cross-functional product initiatives, product releases, and go-to-market processes.Hands-on experience in analytics, reporting, and insights generation.Expertise in training and documentation development for product teams or clients.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across technical and business teams.Based in Poland or willing to relocate.Core CompetenciesProduct operations strategy development and execution in scaled SaaS companiesTeam leadership and people management (preferred)Analytics and data visualization with proven dashboard implementationTraining program development and delivery at scaleTechnical documentation strategy and executionProject/program management with cross-functional teamsWebinar and product launch coordinationProduct adoption and metrics strategyGo-to-market process design and executionSkills & ToolsProficiency with product management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Monday.com.Strong analytical skills and experience using Looker, Tableau, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Google Analytics.Familiarity with documentation and learning platforms such as Confluence, GitBook, Notion, or LMS tools.SQL or data analysis experience (preferred).Strong organizational, presentation, and process-improvement skills.Curiosity and ability to leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency and decision-makingNice to HaveExperience in FinTech, B2B SaaS, or platform-based products.Experience managing a small team (2+ direct reports).Involvement in product onboarding, customer success operations, or GTM strategy.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Proven track record of driving measurable process improvements.Why Join Evooq?At Evooq, you’ll be part of an ambitious, innovative team shaping the future of investment technology.
