Your RoleWe’re looking for someone in Product Operations (QA) (m/f/d) who is excited about ensuring quality, reliability, and speed in an AI-first product environment. You’ll own the operational backbone of product quality at Acto — from testing workflows and release processes to the systems, checklists, and feedback loops that help our team ship quickly and confidently across web, mobile, and AI agents (chat, voice, meeting prep).You’ll tackle challenges like validating AI-driven user experiences, ensuring stable releases in a fast-paced environment, and building QA workflows that scale with an ambitious product roadmap.We’re AI-first not just in what we build but in how we operate — using AI-native tools to accelerate QA, generate test cases, summarize bugs, and improve overall reliability.Your MissionEnd-to-end QA ownership: Test new features across web, mobile, and AI-driven experiences.Release readiness: Build and run structured pre-launch checks to ensure stability and quality.Bug triage & communication: Document, prioritize, and route bugs across Product, Engineering, Design, and Customer Success.Process design: Establish scalable QA systems including regression routines, structured test cases, and release documentation.Design–dev alignment: Validate that staging builds match Figma specs and interaction details.Automation support: Contribute to light QA automation and reliability metrics using AI-native tools like Coval or Langfuse.Cross-functional velocity: Streamline release workflows to help teams ship faster and more confidently.Your Profile: What you need to succeedExperience: 1–3 years in QA, Product Operations, or similar technical/product roles (internships count).SaaS & testing knowledge: Understanding of SaaS products, testing workflows, and release processes.Tooling: Comfortable with Linear, Notion, Figma, and ideally QA/analytics tooling.Automation mindset: Curiosity or experience with test automation and structured test design.Tech familiarity: Basic understanding of front-end fundamentals (React, HTML/CSS) or no-code tooling is a plus.Communication: Strong written clarity, ability to bring structure into fast-moving product teams, and fluent in German & English.AI curiosity: Interest in exploring modern AI tools to accelerate QA, analysis, and process improvements.It’s a plus if you want to…Use AI-native QA tooling: Experiment with tools like Claude, Cursor, or Copilot to generate test cases, summarize QA feedback, or suggest UI/UX improvements.Do light UI work: Grow into making small front-end fixes (spacing, responsiveness, component states) via AI-assisted PRs or paired work with our frontend team.Benefits📈 Development Opportunities: Steep development opportunities without entrenched hierarchies.👨 👩 👦 👦 Culture: We are an ambitious team that wants to achieve a lot with Acto, but we don't take ourselves too seriously and like to have fun together, be it working together or at regular team events.🌍 Flexibility: Enjoy a flexible work schedule and a remote set up with the option to work from any Adesso offices around Germany or our Munich Office.🏋️ Health & work-life balance: Enjoy 30 days of vacation and an attractive Wellhub membership.🎩 Ownership: Whether you are an intern or a full-time acto-naut, Acto instills a deep sense of ownership, where every team member is entrusted with meaningful responsibilities and the autonomy to make impactful decisions.💻 Equipment: You will receive a state-of-the-art hardware setup with a choice between Mac and Windows.About usAt Acto, we’re building agentic AI systems that go beyond chat, systems that reason, act, and deliver results across complex real-world workflows for field sales teams.Our mission is to turn enterprise data and tools into intelligent, decision-capable agents that support people where it matters: in meetings, in daily operations and on the road.
