Are you an experienced project coordinator with knowledge in software development? This position could be for you!This position focuses on the daily coordination of projects and includes direct contact with internal stakeholders and clients. This role is accountable for accuracy, adherence to deadlines and customer satisfaction in relation to project delivery withihn the client’s sales content management and channel marketing enablement platform. This platform is used by clients to customize, order, and provide feedback on sales materials.Location: Philippines (100% Work from home)Work Set-up: Independent Contracting Position, Full TimeWork Schedule: Night Shift - Monday to Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM CSTStart Date: ImmediateSalary and benefits: Competitive monthly fee (in Philippine pesos). Negotiable based on experience RESPONSIBILITIES: Support the customer success team in project management efforts, with a focus on project onboarding, moving schedules, resource allocation and documentation. Strong ability to close communication gaps, drive status updates, and efficiently gather internal requirements to ensure timely delivery. Facilitate internal and external project meetings, prepare agendas, take detailed notes and communicate action items using approved channels. Ensure all project onboarding requirements are met, project is well-organized and internal processes are followed. Collaborate with various departments to develop solutions that meet project goals and comply with client business rules. Assist in documenting project activities, deliverables and timelines. Coordinate resources with support of the Resource Manager. Actively engage and connect with team members to ensure project tasks are completed on time, to scope. Manage changes, report and escalate to management as needed. Assist with quality assurance efforts Maintain proficiency in our products, technologies and backend configuration through sprint reviews, documentation and training. Managing multiple priorities. Manage the day-to-day relationship with the client’s sales enablement platform through clear and concise phone and email communications. Develop and maintain a broad background in core competencies to ensure the ability to adapt to and quickly learn the best way to service new technologies and products EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Requires a Bachelor’s Degree and/or one to three years of related experience; or a combination of education and experience. 1+ years in project management, account management or related field. Proven working experience as a project coordinator. Technical background, with understanding or experience in software development preferred. Highly organized, with strong attention to detail. Able to maintain quality and prioritize tasks under pressure with multiple deadlines. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a larger team and proactively offer solutions. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interpret complex issues and translate them simply and concisely. High level of dependability, follow through, and integrity. Excellent time and task management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point. Preferred Qualifications: Quality Process Improvement Third Party Vendor Change Management
