What will your day-to-day responsibilities/tasks be like?We are looking to expand our team with an Account Manager in our Albanian office in Tirana to provide support to Keytel's partner hotels. Reporting to the Head of Account Management, this position, key to optimising sales within the central reservations department, will focus on driving the best distribution and sales performance from an assigned portfolio of hotels. Your main duties will be to: Establish strong commercial links with the hotels in your portfolio. Optimise the inventory, availability and competitiveness of the rates offered by the reservation centre.
Negotiate terms and conditions with the aim of maximising conversion and ensuring the best competitive rate for the hotels in the assigned portfolio. Analysing demand data and booking patterns using in-house tools, in order to adapt the product used to demand from the agency network. Advise on online marketing and direct sales. Identify commercial opportunities in terms of new products, offers or any other services in coordination with the department manager and Business Acceleration. You will stand out in this position if you have : Education:
university degree in tourism or similar, higher professional training in travel agencies or tourist accommodation. An analytical profile and commercial skills with a clear focus on results. You have good organisational skills and an eye for detail. Languages: a high level of Italian is essential and fluency in English will be demanded. In addition, experience in the hotel or travel agency sector would be an asset.
