Visit our website: As Product Owner (PO) Central Cloud & Hosting you and your team are part of the Cloud & Hosting Tribe within the Digital Infrastructure Portfolio of D&T. As PO you are accountable for maximizing the value of the products and services delivered by the Product Team; together with the Tribe Lead you own the Central Cloud & Hosting vision, strategy and roadmap.Your Responsibilities Would Include owning the product delivery of the central Cloud & Hosting product to the global HEINEKEN IT professionals and partners, including IaaS and PaaS services from our contracted Private Cloud (T-Systems) and Public Cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP) data centre partners. As well as the services from our Managed Service Partners (T-Systems, Triple, Lemongrass) to manage this infrastructure and these platformsdelivering, with the help of the partners, the services around these platforms so that the IT professionals consuming the services experience a modern, reliable, fast, cost efficient, easy to use and above all secure environment in which they can focus on their application deliverybeing accountable for effective Product Backlog management, especially deciding on priorities and directions to maximize value delivered by the product teambeing responsible for the financial governance of the cloud & hosting platforms. Continuously evaluating the economic efficiency of HEINEKENs hosting solutions. Included are all expenditures (capital and operating expenses) and proceeds (charge-outs to HEINEKEN operating companies, OPCOs). Develop the annual budgets and contribute to annual 5-year planning to project the long-term run rate of digital workplace solutionsmanaging internal stakeholders across:all Functional domains (e.g. Commerce, Supply Chain, Finance)4 D&T Hubs in each region, Global Information SecurityBusiness Application teamsExternal partners, e.g. Microsoft, T-Systems, Amazoncollaborating with Tribe Product Architect and Enterprise Architecture to define the architectural standards for the Cloud & Hosting, developing roadmaps and efficient operational management standardscollaborating with Scrum Master to lead a high-performing, agile product team to deliver fit-for-use and fit-for-purpose technology solutions.You Are a Good Candidate If You Havea Master’s degree in IT and/ or Business Administration15+ years of work experience in a complex international environment (Countries/Regions)strong and demonstrated leadership experience within a Cloud Centre of Excellence (CCoE) in a multinational environment.what it takes to be a inspirational leader for the product teamproven experience in managing global teams (combining internal employees and external partners), creating a trusted, business-focused mindset, anddeveloping secure design strategies for related servicesproven experience in identifying, selecting, and implementing relevant new technologies and influencing the business with a formal global financial business case for its related servicesan entrepreneurial mind-set and an ability to connect with internal and external audiences including senior managementa sense of urgency to enable & support OpCos and its Operations with the related servicesPSPO certifications (preferred).At HEINEKEN Kraków, we take integrity and ethical conduct seriously.
