Bringing together expert and complementary brands, Mantu stands out for the breadth of its spectrum, responding to all business transformation challenges.Its activities are divided into four practices:Leadership & Advocacy, Technology, Brand Strategy & Experiences and Total Talent Management.A wide range of skills, all serving a single mission: connecting and powering companies with leading teams and technology to succeed faster and sustainably. From its headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland, Mantu relies on a community of 12,000 talented people in more than 60 countries on 5 continents and has a turnover of 1billion euros.Job DescriptionAs a Product Owner, you will be the voice of the internal teams by recommending process changes, defining vision and scope, and proactively communicating project visions to business leaders, stakeholders, and users.Your missionsOwn a product line assigned from Product Manager or Domain Manager to develop and maintain product vision and strategiesCollaborate closely with Product Manager, stakeholders, development, and design teams to prioritize and grow the product, maximizing value for usersCombine data, market research, and industry best practices to understand problems and identify opportunities to create valueCommunicate and collaborate with engineering managers and development teams to study feasibility for product developmentBreak down high-level product requests into user stories with clear acceptance criteriaParticipate in product prototyping, interface mock-up, wireframe, and GUI creation in an Agile environmentWork with an Agile mindset, prioritize backlog to deliver the right features over sprints, ensuring continuous product deliveryShare business value with the development team to ensure understanding of the intent behind new features, releases, or productsCoordinate with all team members to ensure product requirements are understood and can move from design to development to releaseVerify and validate developed features before deployment and produce release notesManage the reporting process to maintain transparency on project progressCommunicate constantly with stakeholders to address product issues, analyze and prioritize product improvements and backlogYour profileBachelor’s Degree or above in Information System, Information Technology, Business, Logistics, or other relevant fieldsMinimum 2 years of experience as Product Owner or 3+ years as Business Analyst (or 1 year in QC/DEV and 2+ years in BA) or other roles in Product Management teamsAdvanced English level and strong aptitude for learning and understanding new domains and technologiesProficiency in tools and techniques for requirement elicitation and managementExperience with requirement specification techniques such as user stories, modeling, and prototyping is a strong advantageProven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle with solid understanding of Agile and Scrum practices is a strong advantageStrong communication skills for effective collaboration with development teams and stakeholders, as well as high emotional quotientProduct mindset with the ability to think MVP and focus on high-priority features for developmentGood analytical and problem-solving skills, and teamwork spiritStrong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to interact with a diverse group of team members, including executives, managers, IT professionals, and subject matter expertsWhat We OfferAn international community bringing together 110+ different nationalitiesAn environment where trust has a central place: 70% of our key leaders started their careers at the first level of responsibilitiesA robust training system with our internal Academy and 250+ available modulesA vibrant workplace that frequently gathers for internal events (afterworks, team buildings, etc.)Strong commitments to CSR, notably through participation in our WeCare Together programMantu is proud to be an equal-opportunity workplace.
