Role DescriptionThis is a contract role for a Product Owner specializing in Insurance Client. The position is on-site and located in Jakarta, Indonesia. QualificationsSalesforce Certifications: Certified Administrator and Platform Developer.Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience working with the Salesforce platform.Proven experience leading or being actively involved in projects utilizing Salesforce.Familiarity with the health or life insurance industry is highly preferred.Job DescriptionAnalyze business specifications and requirements provided by the product/user team.Translate requirements into technical tasks for Backend Engineers, Frontend Engineers, and QA/Testers to ensure alignment with product expectations.Identify potential risks early and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.Evaluate existing project plans and schedule meetings to discuss possible improvements.Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and Salesforce developments.Prepare and deliver project progress reports and presentations to stakeholders.Ensure all tasks are executed in compliance with company policies and procedures.
