Product Owner – AI and Automation:For one of our globally leading tech clients we are urgently looking for an experienced Product Owner – AI and Automation for a long contract based in Amsterdam.Its paying well and my client can interview asap! Key StrengthsProven ability to translate business needs into AI-powered solutionsStrong understanding of document lifecycle management and automation opportunitiesSkilled in cross-functional collaboration and international project deliveryFluent in both technical and business communication, with English as the primary working languageTechnologies / ToolsAffinity with AI solutionsInterest in OCR / ICR tools like ABBYYOn a daily basisBreak down the strategy and ensure the continuous improvement of products.Define, maintain, and implement the product roadmaps (functional, technical, and team transformation: Agile, Sourcing, etc.).Ensure the governance, management, and prioritization of the product backlog and budget.Be responsible, with the Designers, for defining user stories, acceptance criteria, and ensuring requirements are correctly defined (Definition of Ready, Definition of Done, etc.).Foster community and grooming with Business Product Owners and Stakeholders.Collaborate with the Scrum Master to facilitate relationships between stakeholders and promote community.Promote knowledge and usage of the platform among project leaders and stakeholders.Anticipate, collect, and refine needs to integrate them into the platform’s strategy.Ensure the quality of services, improvement actions, and tracking of incidents and problems.Contribute to the IT PO Community and act as a key player in Agile transformation.Ensure the security of assets and support improvement actions.Collaborate with other Data Squads and Tribes to ensure end-to-end development of domain backlog features.Build and track platform KPIs to promote adoption and awareness among stakeholders.Coordinate IT activities with suppliers, business units, and other IT stakeholders (DBA, Scheduling Flow, Finance, Digital teams, IT Group, etc.).Essential Skills:Proven ability to translate business needs into AI-powered solutionsStrong understanding of document lifecycle management and automation opportunitiesSkilled in cross-functional collaboration and international project deliveryFluent in technical and business communication (English)Affinity with AI solutions and OCR/ICR tools like ABBYYStrong Agile delivery and stakeholder management experienceIf this is you, then please do not delay in applying!
