Our expertise and professionalism enable us to remain at the forefront of the IT field, ensuring we can deliver impactful results for clients worldwide. About the Role:As the Product Owner Assistant, you will work closely with the Product Owner (PO) to support market research, product analysis, reporting, and other essential tasks related to the development and optimization of our product. You will play a key role in ensuring that the PO’s strategic and operational goals are met by gathering insights, analyzing data, and providing valuable support in product decision-making. Responsibilities:- Assist the Product Owner in conducting market research, competitor analysis, and identifying market trends.- Support the PO in product analytics, tracking key metrics, and reporting on product performance.- Help create and maintain product reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders and leadership.- Compile user feedback, reviews, and product data to assist with decision-making and prioritize features or improvements.- Coordinate cross-functional communication and support PO on product meetings, documentation, and deadlines.- Assist in the preparation of product roadmaps, business cases, and proposals as needed.- Help monitor product lifecycle stages, from planning to post-launch activities.- Contribute to identifying opportunities for product optimization, enhancements, or new features based on data analysis.- Provide general administrative support for the Product Owner and assist with ad-hoc tasks as assigned. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. - Having at least 2 years of experience in a product-related role or product management. - Prefer experienced in market research or a similar role, ideally in the tech, gaming, or entertainment industries. - Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (Excel, Google Analytics,...). - Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar software. - Excellent understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies. - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset and a keen eye for detail. - Basic understanding of the gaming industry or interest in gaming products. Benefits:- Employee Support: Assistance with accommodation, living expenses, and work visa procurement for all staff. - Home Visit Support: Financial assistance for employees to visit home fourth a year. - Competitive Salary: A salary package that reflects your skills, experience, and contributions to the company. - Essential Equipment: Provision of necessary work equipment, including Monitor, MacBook and iPhone. - Development: Continuous development of hard and soft skills through work and professional training. - Holiday Bonus: A holiday and New Year bonus to recognize your hard work and dedication.- Inclusive Environment: A professional, dynamic, and inclusive workplace culture that fosters collaboration and innovation. - Life experience: Enjoy the new culture, living environment in Thailand.
