Be a part of an agile environment where you truly feel the impact of your work and are empowered to be creative and take risks.What you’ll be doing: Drive investigation with Engineering for business related issues.Communicate with internal clients to understand expected user behavior, expected benefits, reporting requirements and employee user flowsProvide feedback to the dev team through your own troubleshooting, testing and feedback gathering from clients, administrators, dependencies, and integratorsProvide updates to clients, integrators, strategic planning, and management as requiredLead the scrum team meetingsDetermine all sprint goals, in alignment with the project priorities provided by managementWrite and review business cases, use cases, and user stories with relevant acceptance criteria and boundariesFinalize Scope by gathering clarifications from clients for developersProvide recommendations and ideas for feature development and discuss them with the stakeholdersReview client feature requests and provide feedback in terms of potential solutions, feature phasesInvestigate, understand and communicate requirements for end to end user flows, as well as end to end service integration (SaaS) flowsWhat you’ll need to be successful: Must Haves: 3+ years’ experience in a similar roleBachelors degree or another relevant degree in a related field (business, technical) or the required minimum experience mentioned above A strong understanding of the relationship between product and engineeringProficiency in documentation and attention to detailAbility to communicate technical components with non-technical peopleExperience in an agile environmentNice to haves: Scrum certifiedQA experienceExposure to JiraAnalytics and reporting experienceAs an equal opportunity employer, we celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employeesIn this role you may be exposed to adult content
