Job Title: Product OwnerJob Description:We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Owner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the product development process, ensuring the product meets customer needs and aligns with business goals.Experience Level: More than 6 yearsPreferred Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field with experience.Responsibilities:Plan and prioritize product development and product feature backlog.Develop detailed product feature specifications and ensure they are clearly understood by relevant teams.Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work aligns with product strategy.Mitigate roadblocks to achieving sprint/release goals.Lead the product-release plans and set expectations for the delivery of new functionalities.Serve as product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions.Required Skills:More than 5 years of experience in product development.Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role, with a focus on software development, preferably in Node.js.Knowledge of Node.js frameworks (e.g., Express.js) and relevant technologies (e.g., RESTful APIs, databases).Experience with AWS.In-depth knowledge of agile methodology for project management.Understanding of business value related to features and functions.Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to effectively manage conflicting needs of stakeholders.
