We are more than 500 consultants with offices in Lisbon, Porto and Madrid.DECSKILL operates in 3 main areas:DECSKILL TALENT, through which we provide our clients with an extension to their IT teams;DECSKILL BOOST, through which we provide our client with software development models to increase capacity and optimize Time-to-Market, where we create and manage teams that deliver according to their needs, at the desired speed;DECSKILL CONNECT, through which we provide our client with consulting services, as well as the implementation and management of information technology infrastructures.Our practice results in the creation of value for our customers, either by delivering qualified and value-added services, or through highly qualified and motivated professionals, as well as technology solutions that allow us to operate and transform the business of our customers.We are looking for an Angular Developer!Responsibilities:Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for a Reconciliation & Settlement platform.Ensure alignment with business goals, regulatory compliance, and industry best practices.Identify opportunities for new features, automation, and optimization that improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.Stakeholder Management.Work closely with internal teams (Engineering, Data Science, Business Development, etc.) to translate business requirements into scalable and high-performing solutions.Engage directly with clients (Telcos, Financial Partners, Brokers, etc.) to gather feedback, prioritize enhancements, and manage expectations.Translate client needs and requirements into product features and development requirements.Requirements & Feature Development.Write and prioritize detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements for development teams.Ensure the Settlement Engine accurately reconciles transactions, calculates business models, and manages financial settlements with high accuracy and traceability.Define and improve risk management, error handling, and exception processing workflows.Optimize integrations with payment gateways, billing systems, data warehouses, and reporting tools.Data & Performance Monitoring.Establish KPIs to measure service performance, including settlement accuracy, reconciliation efficiency, and processing speed.Work closely with the Data Science team to improve fraud detection, anomaly detection, and transaction matching algorithms.Ensure platform scalability, managing performance as transaction volume grows.Requirements:3+ years experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Manager in FinTech, Telco, or Enterprise Software.Strong understanding of financial reconciliation, settlement processes, revenue assurance, and billing systems.Experience working with data pipelines, APIs, and financial transaction processing systems.Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and working with cross-functional development teams.Strong skills in writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and translating business needs into technical requirements.Experiencing with engaging and managing client stakeholders.Excellent English communication skills (Spanish is a plus).Experience with Telco Billing & Charging Systems (Plus).Familiarity with Reconciliation Engines, ERP Systems, or Revenue Assurance Platforms (Plus).Knowledge of SQL, Data Warehousing, or Business Intelligence Tools (Power BI, Superset, Tableau, etc.). (Plus).Hands-on experience with APIs, Event-Driven Architectures, Kafka, or ETL Pipelines. (Plus).Prior experience in Fraud Prevention, Financial Audits, or Compliance Monitoring.
