In this role, you’ll partner with stakeholders across the organization to shape requirements, define priorities, and guide development teams toward delivering products that truly make a difference. Beyond managing features, you’ll play a key role in driving process improvements, ensuring efficiency, and helping our products find their best market fit.Key ResponsibilitiesShape the product vision by building and maintaining a clear, prioritized backlogCraft compelling user stories and epics with well-defined acceptance criteriaCollaborate closely with stakeholders, engineers, and project managers to refine requirements and align on goalsLead agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and reviewsEnsure delivery excellence by validating increments against business needs and quality standardsPlan releases strategically, balancing business priorities with market opportunitiesLeverage data and analytics to monitor product performance and uncover opportunities for improvementAnticipate risks and design mitigation strategies to keep projects on trackContribute to discovery phases, actively shaping solutions that achieve strong market fitWhat You BringProven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar roleHands-on expertise in agile practices, backlog management, and user story creationStrong grasp of requirement-gathering, process modeling, and documentationFamiliarity with project management and software development lifecyclesProficiency with tools such as JIRA and ConfluenceSolid technical understanding and the ability to communicate effectively with engineering teamsAnalytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skillsOutstanding communication and interpersonal abilitiesFluency in English
