Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Product Owner who will be responsible for defining and managing the product backlog, ensuring the development team delivers solutions that provide maximum value to users and meet business objectives. Acting as the voice of the customer, you will work with cross-functional teams to prioritize features and maintain alignment with product strategy.Job RequirementsProven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a similar product roleProven ability to manage a product backlog and write clear, actionable user storiesExperience working in agile environments, including Scrum or SAFe frameworksFamiliarity with product management and agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps), MiroUnderstanding of UX principles and customer journey mappingStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication in EnglishAbility to work with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making without direct authorityPreferably from agile tech companies, building intuitive B2B software products for SMEsComfortable in early-stage, imperfect environments incorporated in large organizationsBonus: experience in logistics, operations tech, or B2B SaaS.Job ResponsibilitiesMaintain a prioritized, well-defined product backlog that reflects stakeholder needs and product visionDeliver user stories, workflows, wireframes, and detailed requirements documentationAccept or reject completed work based on pre-defined acceptance criteriaEnsure timely delivery of sprint goals and releasesProvide clear feedback and guidance to the development team throughout the development lifecyclePrepare and deliver product demos and stakeholder presentationsGather post-release feedback and incorporate it into future backlog itemsJob BenefitsMin. salary is 2700 EUR gross/month.
