Acting as the link between business stakeholders and development teams, you will be responsible for defining product vision, prioritizing features, and ensuring that delivered solutions meet business objectives. Your ability to work fluently in English, French, and Dutch will be essential in this multicultural environment.Your Responsibilities:Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap in alignment with business strategy. Collect and prioritize requirements from stakeholders, ensuring that the product backlog is clear and well-structured. Collaborate with development teams to translate business needs into actionable user stories. Ensure efficient delivery of features by participating in sprint planning, reviews, and backlog refinement sessions. Align with business users to validate solutions, gather feedback, and continuously improve the product. Monitor KPIs and ensure solutions deliver tangible business value. Act as the voice of the customer within the project team while maintaining a balance with technical feasibility. Your Profile:Degree in Business, IT, or related field. 4–7 years of experience as a Product Owner or Functional Analyst in Agile environments. Strong knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to align technical and business teams. Fluent in English, French, and Dutch (spoken and written).
