As Product Owner at Ikano Bank, you have a key role in the success of product delivery in the Agile release train. You collaborate closely with business stakeholders to create efficient solutions. You are responsible for maximising overall value delivered by your agile team by working together to deliver the committed objectives for each PI and to ensure a working solution.You will be responsible for the prioritisation of work according to our strategic goals ensuring alignment with both business stakeholders and the leadership team and not least responsible for the outcome of the deliveries of the team . You also contribute to a community of peers, sharing insights and continuously improving ways of working.You are passionate about connecting business with technology and platform development, and you enjoy working in technical domains alongside tech-heavy teams.Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand Ikano Bank’s strategic initiatives, by closely working with Product Management, to help deliver products that helps the Bank in achieving the desired objectivesDrive product development in your agile team of dedicated engineers and designersHold and articulate the Product Vision/Roadmap to the agile teamCreate, maintain and prioritise the team backlogUnderstand and provide input to the Product RoadmapBuild trust and effective relationships with relevant stakeholdersTake an active part in the PO Community of PracticeUse rapid cycles to iterate and learnReview and accept delivered user storiesCo-define Definition of Done together with the agile teamInteract with 3rd parties with regards to technical integrations and support of the sameKey Qualifications3-5 years experience as Product Owner or Product Manager, preferable within the financial services industryExperience and knowledge of agile frameworks, preferably SAFeStrong interpersonal skills , leadership abilities, analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills (written and verbal), including facilitationStrong stakeholder management skillsWe offer youOperating at the center of events, you will have an active role in various decision forums, represent us to external partners and create a great foundation for further development.
