What you will doUnderstand and analyze customer needs, acting as their voice to the development teamDefine and prioritize the team backlog while aligning with stakeholders inside and outside the teamFacilitate alignment and communication between the development team, internal stakeholders, and customersManage the product lifecycle, including internal and external product releases, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to quality standards(Co-)Organize Agile ceremonies such as PI planning, sprint planning, daily scrums, and demosCollaborate with other product owners to improve best practices globallyYour profileBachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, engineering, biomedical engineering, or similar). Ideally, 2 – 3 years of experience as a product owner, functional analyst, or in a similar roleExcellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with diverse stakeholdersProven ability to prioritize tasks effectively, balancing business and technical needsStrong analytical skills to translate customer needs into actionable backlog itemsPlus pointsExperience working with products in R&D, medical, or CAD/3D printing industry-related fieldsSolid understanding of Agile methodologies or the Scaled Agile Framework, with experience working in Agile/Scrum teamsFamiliarity with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)Agile Product Owner-related certification (e.g., PSPO, POPM, or equivalent)Knowledge of Generative AI (GenAI) technologiesExperience providing product documentation, including user manuals and release notesLocation and type of contractPetaling Jaya, Malaysia Full-timeHybrid Associate levelCV in English
