Product Owners should be adept at identifying issues and finding solutions quickly.Roles & Responsibilities:•Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.•Expertise in JIRA•Own, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and customer needs.•Work closely with stakeholders (business, customers, and leadership) to gather and define requirements.•Translate business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows.•Collaborate with development, QA, design, and other teams to ensure high-quality product delivery.•Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).•Make decisions regarding scope, priorities, and trade-offs to maximize product value.•Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and adjust priorities based on market and user insights.•Ensure timely delivery of product increments that align with business objectives.•Act as the “voice of the customer” in development discussions.
