Product Owner/Officer - 6 Month Contract

Job Description:The ideal candidate will have focused on Credit Cards and worked in the banking industry.Oversees day-to-day product operations, ensuring timelines, tasks, and deliverables are met.Coordinates with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth workflow.Supports backlog planning, and release coordination.Tracks product development progress and maintains product documentation.Handles project management tools to monitor task status and deadlines.Prepares internal product updates, reports, and release notes for stakeholders.Assists in product training materials and operational onboarding for new features.Works closely with customer support and operations teams to track bugs, enhancements, and product-related issues.Ensures product compliance with internal processes and operational checklists.Helps maintain and update product knowledge base and internal tools.Is good at Excel and financials.
