Job OverviewWe are looking for a highly skilled Product Owner – Salesforce to join our team on a 6-month contract. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining product vision, managing the development pipeline, and ensuring successful delivery of Salesforce-based solutions. This role requires strong technical experience, leadership in Salesforce projects, and familiarity with the health or life insurance industry.Technical RequirementsSalesforce Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator & Salesforce Platform Developer (minimum Platform Developer I)Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience working with the Salesforce platform.Proven experience as a lead or contributor in Salesforce implementation projects.Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom development.Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Knowledge of integration processes, data management, and system configuration.Preferred QualificationsExperience in the health or life insurance industry.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in insurance operations.Contract DetailsDuration: 6 months (with potential extension based on performance and project needs)Working Arrangement: OnsiteStart Date: immediately or 2 weeks notice period
