Interim Product Owner – SalesforceLocation: Amersfoort (Hybrid – minimum 1 day/week on-site)Start Date: December 1st | Duration: 9 months (maternity cover)Hours: 32–38 hours per week | Salary: up to €5,500 per month (excluding allowances)Team Size: 10 peopleContract Type: Employment only (no ZZP/freelance)About the RoleAs the Interim Product Owner – Salesforce, you will act as the strategic link between business stakeholders and technical teams. You’ll ensure our Salesforce landscape — including Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud — continues to evolve to meet the needs of Cooperative Affairs.Your focus will be on backlog prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement of the Salesforce platform to maximize business value and user experience.Key ResponsibilitiesTranslate business needs into clear Salesforce development priorities.Manage and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with internal and external partners.Improve user experience through workflow optimization, automation, and system integrations.Monitor platform performance and drive ongoing enhancements.Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Cooperative Affairs, IT, and the Salesforce Center of Excellence.What You Bring5+ years of Salesforce experience; knowledge of Agentforce is a plus.Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and ecosystem.Proven experience as a Product Owner in an Agile environment.Salesforce Administrator certification (mandatory); ITIL preferred.Experience with SAP and/or Genesys is advantageous.Ability to translate technical solutions into clear business value.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Fluent/native Dutch speaker.Additional InformationTemporary position (maternity cover, 9 months).Hybrid working model: minimum one day per week on-site in Amersfoort.Part of a collaborative, 10-person team.
