Product Owner

Candidate will be responsible to on a hybrid working schedule in Warsaw, Poland. The team currently includes 3 Product Owners, expanding to 5–6 Product Owners reporting to a Product Manager. Remote work possible, but candidate should be available to work 2–3 days per week from the Warsaw office, especially at the beginning.Requirements 'must have':• Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience.• 5+ years in business systems analysis or product ownership.• Strong understanding of product management and software development (SDLC).• Problem-solving skills and ability to create actionable solutions.• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.• Ability to influence others without direct authority.• Strong organizational and project management skills.• Willingness to travel internationally (up to 15%) and work across time zones.• Strong documentation skills – ability to create detailed and structured materials.• Excellent presentation skills – essential for demos, client sessions, and internal communication.Requirements 'nice to have':• Knowledge of Open Retail and Lottery Retailer Solutions is a plus• Experience with sales points / POS systems – highly desirable.• Lottery industry background – a huge advantage.Tasks:• Support the product manager’s vision and strategy.• Lead customer meetings to gather needs and turn them into product requirements.• Organize and run product demos and workshops.• Work with engineering teams during product design and development.• Create documents like process flows, specifications, use cases, and questionnaires.• Collaborate with teams like Marketing, Legal, and Security.• Help customers use the products effectively and get the most value from them
