Product Owner

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner to drive the strategy, development, and delivery of digital products that enhance customer experience and business growth. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing customer-centric, data-driven products and thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.Define and prioritize the product backlog, writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria.Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality features on time.Apply agile methodologies to drive iterative development and continuous product improvement.Use data and analytics to measure product performance, identify opportunities, and guide decision-making.Communicate product strategy, updates, and performance effectively across technical and non-technical teams.Ensure that product initiatives are customer-centric and drive engagement, retention, and revenue growth.Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and development teams, ensuring requirements are understood and delivered.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Analytics, or a related field.3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a digital or technology-focused environment.Demonstrated success in delivering customer-centric, data-driven products that drive user engagement and business impact.Strong knowledge of product management best practices: backlog management, user story development, and feature prioritization.Hands-on experience with agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.Proficiency with product management tools such as JIRA, Aha!, or similar.Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools for product performance measurement.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to bridge gaps between technical and business stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-informed decisions.English proficiency (written and spoken).Interested candidates can send their resume to nthomas@sequencetechno.com
