Ümumi məlumatThe Strategic Enabler acts as a bridge between the Acquiring Business, the internal and external Bir ecosystem participants and strategically important external partners. The primary mission of this role is to deliver tailor-made integration projects, strengthen ecosystem connectivity, and expand the reach and adoption of the payment instruments across both offline and online channels.This position demands strategic vision, technical understanding, and partnership management skills to successfully execute high-impact initiatives that support the Bank’s and ecosystem’s growth objectives.ÖhdəliklərStrategic Initiatives & Ecosystem Enablement Identify and prioritize integration opportunities within the Bir ecosystem and with strategic external merchants. Assess commercial and strategic value of partnerships, aligning initiatives with the bank’s acquiring strategy. Create roadmaps for direct and third-party (3rd party) integrations, ensuring timely execution.Project Execution & Delivery Lead end-to-end integration projects — from requirements gathering to post-launch support. Collaborate with internal Product Owners, Solution Architects, and Vendor teams to ensure functional and technical readiness. Oversee solution customization to match partner-specific needs without compromising system scalability and stability. Ensure integration quality through testing, monitoring, and continuous improvement.Partner Engagement & Relationship Management Serve as a single point of contact for strategic merchants during integration and onboarding. Build long-term relationships with partner stakeholders to support growth and retention. Conduct regular performance reviews with partners and recommend optimization initiatives.TələblərEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).ExperienceMinimum 4-6 years in acquiring, payment systems, or fintech integrations.Hands-on experience managing partner integrations (API/SDK, payment gateway, POS, QR).Proven track record of working with high-profile merchants and ecosystem partners.KnowledgePayment industry standards (ISO 8583, PCI DSS, 3DSecure, etc.).E-commerce, POS, MobilePOS, and QR-based payment solutions.Partner onboarding processes and technical documentation review.SkillsStrong project management (Agile/Scrum knowledge is a plus).Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.Analytical thinking with data-driven decision-making.Advanced English; Russian and/or Azerbaijani is an advantage.Key CompetenciesStrategic and analytical mindset.High adaptability in a fast-changing environment.Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.Results-oriented with a focus on execution.Ability to balance technical requirements with commercial goals.
