The ideal candidate has strong experience managing full product lifecycles, defining clear roadmaps, working closely with engineering teams, and driving measurable business outcomes.ResponsibilitiesDefine product vision, goals, and roadmap based on business prioritiesTranslate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteriaOwn and manage the product backlog, ensuring prioritization aligns with company objectivesCollaborate closely with engineering, design, QA, and business stakeholdersGuide sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release readinessTrack progress, manage risks, and communicate updates across teamsConduct competitive and market analysis to support product decisionsEnsure delivery quality and alignment with customer expectationsGather feedback, analyze product performance, and recommend improvementsSupport go-to-market activities including documentation and release communicationRequirements7–12+ years of experience in Product Management or Product OwnershipProven track record delivering SaaS, enterprise, workflow, or data-driven productsStrong understanding of agile development and cross-functional collaborationAbility to break down complex concepts into actionable requirementsExperience working closely with engineering teamsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsProficiency with product tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalentBachelor’s degree in a relevant field; certifications like PSPO/CSPO are an advantage
