You will play a crucial role in shaping and driving the development of our Financials solutions. As the Product Owner, you will be responsible for maximizing the value of our product by effectively managing the product backlog and collaborating with cross-functional teams.Strategy & InsightsSupport by providing insights or feedback collected from ongoing interactions with stakeholders and customers.Share data points or trends observed from backlog refinement or customer support queries.Business Cases & RoadmapsProvide tactical insights and historical data from previous projects or current product usage.Assist in refining high-level requirements by sharing practical constraints or opportunities identified during day-to-day operations.Refinement & SolutioningManage detailed requirements and user stories.Collaborate with UX and engineering to develop prototypes.Gather feedback from prototype testing.Ensure backlog reflects the evolving requirements as a result of refinement and solutioning.DevelopmentManage sprint planning and team-level backlog refinement.Work closely with Engineering to ensure features are developed as per requirements.Track progress and address any blockers.Engage with Support and manage maintenance backlog for the squad and teams.Support quality assurance from functional perspective.Market Release & OptimizationSupport Product Leads in market release preparations.Monitor post-release performance metrics and gather feedback.Qualifications3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in fintech or financials managementBachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related fieldStrong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)Proficiency in product management tools such as FigmaExcellent data analysis and visualization skillsOutstanding communication and presentation abilitiesProven problem-solving and decision-making skillsExperience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaborationSolid understanding of expense management processes and financial regulationsKnowledge of corporate finance and accounting principlesExperience with expense management systems or financial softwareProduct Owner certification (e.g., CSPO) preferredAbility to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environmentFluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plusAdditional InformationWho we are?We are a people-first community that nurtures all the areas that surround your working experience.
